A really important thing is going to happen in Ireland

In this post I am going to talk about the one of the person is going to represent Ireland in this Rio Olympics Games. In Ireland all the people know rugby and hockey but there are others sports like swimming there are less important.

And this girl  won silver and bronze medals at the World University Games in Gwangju. This girl  calls Fiona Doyle and remember the name. All the people hope she is going to put the Irish swimming on the maps.

She was born in 4th October,1991.She is training in two clubs call the first one Portmarnock SC(IRL)and the name of her coach is Peter O'Brian(IRL). And the other one call University of Calgary SC(CAN) and the name of her coach is Mike Blondal(CAN).
And her main event is the 100m breaststroke. She also have like the Top Ten swimmers her own   inspirational quote. It says the pain is temporary and the pride lasts forever.
The day of one athletic  is vey hard a lot hours training in the pool, gym ,healthy food.... She  begins the day  at 5am, when she spends two hours in the pool before heading to the gym. After breakfast, a brief rest, lunch and another pool session. She spends the other time coaching young kids in the local club or studying.

She does every day of the weeks all the days because if you like being good in something you need dedicate a lot work and effort. She was training is right up until Christmas Eve and then resuming the day after St Stephen’s Day.

She is going to have  training camps the whole month of January, two international meets in January and February, the European Championships in May and maybe one or two more events in June. Also she has the Olympics in August .

I also want to wish all people participating in the Olympics Games good luck .because you can see the effort this girl puts in her every day to go to a competition.
